I bought Luminar 4 a couple of days ago, but find that Ctrl-Z does not work in the Windows version when using erase or clone. If one does, say, 20 changes and then one more that you want to undo, you have to lose ALL 20 and start again. No reviews mention this inherent flaw in the software. This make Luminar unusable for me. Can I ask if Ctrl-Z works in Affinity before i make a decision to buy it!

It works for me!  I don't know if there's a limit on the number of operations that can be undone that way, but the change history is recorded and you can go back to specific changes.  You can also branch from a change and try alternate edits without losing your original changes.  Finaly, there's an option to save your change history when you exit the program.

I would also add that the apps default Undo limit is 1,024 but can be set in the app preferences by the user to anywhere between 8 and 8,192 undo's.
