Cab247
I created a collage for my husband's father's Day gift. I added 3 JPG images (taken with my iPhone that I air dropped to my computer) to a 5x7 canvas and changed the color format to CMYK. It's set to 300DPI. I went to file -> place to bring in the images. Here's the issue: I export it as a JPG and then when I upload it on Walmart's website to print all their faces look orange and the bright green letters they are holding look neon. I tried rasterizing the images and that didn't help. Anything else?
walt.farrell
Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums, @Cab247. This is purely a guess, but why are you using CMYK? It seems unlikely to me that Walmart would expect anything other than RGB for photos. Cab247
Thanks for the reply. I make custom stickers and when I print them I always have to make sure it’s CMYK so I assumed the same for the photo. how would I change it back to RGB? walt.farrell
Which Affinity application are you using? Assuming you have the original .afphoto or .afdesign or .afpub file, and Open it, and look at the Layers panel, do your Placed images show as (Pixel) or as (Image) layers? Fixx
converting repeatedly between RGB and CMYK colour spaces tend to lose colour fidelity rapidly, IMHO... I would reimport original RGB images if possible. walt.farrell
