ProfuseToke
I downloaded Affinity Photo and Affinity Designer and got to it right away. Later, when I went to unlock it, I wasn't able to. The issue is mine, in so far as I mistyped my email address and then mistakenly deleted the email with the Product Key (I know, I know...). I tried again . The second time around, I used a different email address so I'm guessing you could be showing too many of me. What can we do to resolve this, please and thank you. walt.farrell
Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums, @ProfuseToke. I assume you registered for the 90-day free trial? And then you registered again using a different email address? If so, when you registered the second time, did you download the products again? I do not think your new product key would work with the old download. ProfuseToke
I registered for the 90-day free trial with one email and downloaded the products then. After erroneously deleting the email with the product keys, I used a second email to re-register and received a second email with a second set of product keys. This worked the first time I used Photo and Publisher but not later on when I tried to reopen them. So no, sir. It's not working. I think the system believes, due to my error, that I'm trying to use Affinity products on two separate computers which is not the case. I'll just contact support if possible. Thanks. So no, sir. It's not working. Thanks for the clarification. You only enter the product key once. After you have done that, when you next restart the applications you just click on Continue Trial. walt.farrell
You're not the first person confused by that. ProfuseToke
I'll have to go to the FAQ first the next time I experience a synaptic event. 👍 walt.farrell
