MOKUP Posted June 17, 2020 Share Posted June 17, 2020 I've been using the Affinity suite for over a year now and never encountered an issue. However a few days ago I went to save a piece of work and it just ...wouldn't? No error appears and it doesn't crash. It just doesn't save the document. I've tried multiple pieces and even black canvases. When you click "save as" or control S then the little loading wheel comes up for a second then disappears and lets you continue but without saving. I'm not using a template and I'm not trying to save complicated documents for this. Does anyone know what's happening? Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Staff Sean P Posted June 18, 2020 Staff Share Posted June 18, 2020 Unfortunately I'm unsure of what to suggest, the fact it was working previously (and that we've not had reports of saving in this manner before) suggests that something may have changed on your system. I do know that Apple's sandboxing can cause issues for people saving (although an error message is generally given, unlike the no response you''re reporting) when they have a large amount of fonts installed, or using font management software with a lot of fonts.
