justinpbrown71
I have recently purchased the RetroSupply Co 'Glitch' package with various textures & brushes. It includes 3 base templates. Upon opening a template it is set up with 2 colour channels, 2 halftone fx & a variety of textures. I have followed the instructions & created a few experimental designs, very cool! But I have an issue beyond my current knowledge base. I have placed an image into the template, as usual, set parameters on the two colour channels & added one texture to my placed image. My placed image is a transparent png & the native template document is white. What I want to do is insert a new layer, adding a flood colour, behind what I have thus far created (the crow subject & the textured effect, white zigzag lines). But when I add new pixel layer to the bottom of the list of layers & flood colour it, the colour affects the layers above it, altering the colour of the subject & the texture. I have tried moving the new coloured pixel layer to various other ranks in the list, even putting it inside the folder with the texture, but to no avail. I am making sure that I have only the new pixel layer checked when I flood the fill colour onto it. The screenshot shows the image & the order of layers without an added pixel layer. I want to have a layer the same size as the white document background, but coloured. Staff Lee D Posted July 14, 2020 Staff Share Posted July 14, 2020 Can you send me a PM with a link to download the file so I can just check the layer structure a little better.
