Entering 90 day Trial Product key (again) after Windows Update (split)

Hello, 

I applied for the 90 day trial using the special link on the 1st of June and activated Photo, Designer and Publisher with the provided product keys sent via email. Yesterday I updated Windows to 2004 (unsure if this is related) and today I go to use Designer and I am asked to unlock the app with a product key or start a 10 day trial. When I go to enter my product key for the trial, it is not accepted. This is the same for Photo and Publisher. The major Windows update is the only major change I can think of that may have messed things up... My date/time settings have also not changed between the 1st of June to now so I don't believe that has anything to do with it. Is anyone able to advise what happened and/or how to get the other 80 days of the trial please?
