pixeldroid
I just purchased 3 cool products from the Affinity store. To download them, I see 40 individual download buttons. Is there not a zip with all the files for each product? Thanks.

pixeldroid
What a huge inconvenience for your customers! emmrecs01
000
It' not "40 downloads for three products" -- it's three installation files, one for each application, and 37 FREE EXTRAS (like fonts, textures, brushes and such) for you to pick and choose. Stop complaining and say "Thank you, Serif! I did not expect to get so much more than I paid for.". emmrecs01
pixeldroid
I'm surprised that someone would actually say not to make these assets available as a single download. Here's where I'm coming from: I've been working in CG for about 30 years and now I run a non-profit breastfeeding education organization with my wife. We have built it from scratch and provide a ton of resources for breastfeeding providers. For example, we have 60 handouts that people can give to their patients. They are all pdfs. I have them linked on our website so they can be viewed individually and of course I bundle them all into a zip as a convenience for our members to download them. It's basic customer service - I wouldn't even consider not doing that. Hence my request in this thread. If you don't think it's necessary that's fine.
