Seems the reset formatting button resets ALL the formatting, both character and paragraph styles. Just checking here if I'm wrong about this or using Affinity's styles improperly.

For example if I have a para with some itals character styled, and I've made overrides to the para stlye (say adding an indent or whatever), I'd want a way to reset *just the para style and preserve the char style*.

Is this possible?

Thanks!

Hi @eric u,

Apologies for the delayed response here!

It sounds as though the following 'No Style' options are what you're looking for, these can be found on the Context toolbar -

Please note -

I am currently out of the office for a short while whilst recovering from surgery (nothing serious!), therefore will not be available on the Forums during this time.

Should you require a response from the team in a thread I have previously replied in - please Create a New Thread and our team will be sure to reply as soon as possible.

Many thanks!
