Mike Johnson Posted June 11, 2020 Share Posted June 11, 2020 When I print direct from Publisher, fonts print differently from when I print from a PDF exported from Publisher. The font prints correctly from the PDF. It looks like the text printed directly from Publisher has been kerned and boldened. See file attached. Staff Lee D Posted July 1, 2020 Staff Share Posted July 1, 2020 I don't seem to have the issue on my macOS system but I'll do some testing on Windows to see if the result is the same. But it's something that I would of expected to have plenty of reports on if it was an issue. Is anything being done to text, like being rotated or anything like that? No, I haven't done anything like rotations etc. The only thing that sort of occurred to me is maybe printer driver or similar. I also wondered if my printer was substituting its own versions of the fonts but I don't think any of our printers have Cooper Black or Verdana installed. Mike.
