Is there a way to change the order of pages in Affinity Publisher?

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I have a document with four individual pages.  Unfortunately I did not set it up in the order they should be printed.  Instead, they are page1, page2, page3, page4.  No facing pages.

I would like to have page1 print next to page2, 3 next to 4 so page1 can be folded over page 2, page 3 over 4. They are 8x11 1/2 size.

I guess page2 should first with page1 the facing page, page4 faces page3?

Can I reorder the pages to do this so when someone prints out the PDF the pages could be folded properly?

Thanks!

I know about this.  Thanks.  It just put the pages in a screwy order.  Probably because I started off wrong.

The help file says it is possible to drag and drop pages next to each other to reorder them but that doesn't work.

No biggie.  I was able to get the order to 1-4.  They are 8 1/2" x 11" anyway.

Now, if anyone knows I can default a new document to inches instead of millimetres I'd appreciate that too, but again, no biggie to have to change it every time I create a new document.

Thank you very much.

For presets just set the unit and save the preset.
For existing documents change the unit in the document setup window.
