Greeting Cards in Publisher or Designer ?

Microsoft Publisher and Serif Page Plus have templates for making folded greeting cards without having to make parts of card upside down.

Does Affinity Designer or Publisher have Greeting Card templates?

No. You'll need to rotate half the design.

Well you could use symbols to do the rotating. Having a symbol outside of the canvas right side up and having the same symbol upside down to mirror what you do in the right side up symbol. a bit convoluted but probably not much more than how greeting card packages work. This template I created lacks refinement but you get the Idea.

I love this mirror upside down template.

However,  I would like a menu or tutorial on how to do it.  I studied the layers, but I'm sorry I don't know how create them.
