delete photo

Recommended Posts

Hi I'm new to photo just moved from Lightroom I find it frustrating that the Crop tool will not default to Original ratio,  there seems to be no way of deleting photos from develop persona, and in Lightroom you get a row of RAW photos along the bottom this would be a useful addition.  can anything be don to rectify these issues please.

Thanks Radio

I'm not sure if you're just wanting to remove the image from the develop persona or actually delete it from your system. To remove it from the develop persona, discontinue developing an image just press the Cancel button located beside the Develop button in the upper left corner.

As @Fixx indicated, Affinity Photo is more like Photoshop than lightroom.  It is for working with one image at a time.

Lightroom is a photography workflow tool which combines DAM-like functionality with RAW development. It is better equated to programs like Capture One, DxO Optics Pro, darktable or On1 Photo RAW (among various others).
