Fuji
App does not support X-T4 Fuji RAW. Neither, Lossless, Compressed or Uncompressed.
Staff Chris B Posted June 3, 2020 Staff Share Posted June 3, 2020 Hey Fuji, welcome to the Affinity Forums. It looks like this camera is pretty new and the iPad's have no had an update for a while. I imagine it will come in due course. Quote How to format a bug report | Learning Resources | List of V2 FAQs | YouTube Tutorials
Fuji
I see, so the issue is with apple? Lightroom can load Fuji RAW from the X-T4 with the current ios
Staff MEB Posted June 3, 2020 Staff Share Posted June 3, 2020 Hi Fuji, Welcome to Affinity Forums Affinity Photo uses the RAW engine provided by iOS (Apple Core Image RAW), so as soon as Apple provides support for this camera you should be able to load the files without issues. Adobe uses their own proprietary engine as far as i'm aware. Quote A Guide to Learning Affinity Software
jccarroll1932@talktalk.net
I've just bought a Fujifilm X-T4 and ran into difficulties immediately when trying to process the Raw files, (that's ???.RAF) that this camera produces. I'm running the program in Windows 10. The image that opens when I load an RAF file into Affinity is dim and close to colourless. When I Develop the image the result is still very grey and lifeless. I have to use extreme corrections to get it looking anything like, and even then it is a long way short of the bright, clear and colourful jpeg that I get directly from the camera without any external processing. medicineman4040
Same boat here. Tried to read an X-T4 raw in Affinity Photo and I get half an image :) I'm sure Affinity is working on it.
