I'm sorry that your question was missed. We've been inundated with support questions over the past month and trying to catch up :(

Are you using macOS or Windows? We've seen this a few times and reinstalling the Printer/Printer Driver pretty much resolves this issue. Can you give that a try and let us know how you get on?

The latest firmware is from 2017 and the latest driver from 2015. But for HP-GL/2 there is stated support even for Win 10, whereas for PS there is only support for Win 8 added. For Mac the driver is even older.

If all fails, at least printing from PDF should work.
