APEGamer
The preflight panel reports missing fonts. I have installed those fonts, fixed them in the preflight panel, saved the document, closed it, and re-opened it. Preflight still reports missing fonts, though. mrqasq
Maybe Adobe Garamond Pro isn't same as Adobe Garamond Pro Regular ? Also, maybe substitution is done only while opening, and not while saving? So each time you open it asks you again?
APEGamer
Per the first screenshot you can see that I selected the Regular style for Adobe Garamond Pro.Note that the same happens for the Knockout font.

If the Font Manager still says it is substituting when you Open the file, then either you do not yet have the right font installed. Or, as Lagarto says, Publisher does not think you have it. Also, I think that as long as you have any font substitution going, Preflight will complain. APEGamer
Thanks for the help. I manually found instances of that font and removed them from the document. Publisher's Font Manager could do a better job with Locate by actually highlighting the text rather than just selecting the entire text box. True, but that function is available via Find and Replace.
