kay803 Posted May 28, 2020 Share Posted May 28, 2020 Newbie Affinity here. I recently purchased the Affinity photo version of the software instead of the designer version by mistake. Adobe servers crashed yesterday and was a bit in panic mode when I purchased the product. Yes, I know that this is my mistake. However, I would like to know if it's possible for Affinity to exchange the product somehow, whether that means disabling the product key and allow me to download the version that I needed. Has anyone been a similar predicament. Just thought that I would ask. I will probably just purchase the product either way, but wanted to avoid paying for a second product that I rather not have. I accidentally purchased the wrong app. It's my mistake - I bought Affinity publisher instead of Affinity designer. I will never use Affinity publisher, because i only need Affinity designer to draw digitally. Is there any way to switch the application? If you purchased directly from Serif (not from Apple or Microsoft) then you can return the application for a full refund within the first 14 days after purchase.
