The1JB
In photoshop when applying a curves layer there is a hand tool that allows the user to select a point in the image and that point will be represented on the curve so you can adjust based on a particular area of the photo. Does this function exist in Affinity for iPad? I searched and don’t see in the app that I do anything other then creating points on the curve and adjusting. DM1
You can make a selection on the image layer and then apply the curve. It will only effect the selected area. walt.farrell
On the desktop version, the Curves adjustment has a "Picker" function. You click on Picker, then click+drag on the image, and Photo adds a node at the proper spot on the curve. That sounds like what you're asking for, but I have no idea if the iPad version of Photo includes that function. The1JB
Thank you both. Didn’t see it as an option but wanted to be sure it wasn’t my inexperience.

I suspect many of the 'missing' desktop features do actually exist on iPad, but not all have been given a ui control to allow us to access them.
