Hello

If any one can help me with this I would be grateful.

I am using an iMac. My RAW files are on Adobe Bridge and I want to edit them in AF Photo. I have done what you have to do to enable this, but when I click
the image and then choose "Open with AF Photo" the image opens in Publisher for some reason.
I have checked all the settings which seem to be correct, but this continues to happen. If I had hair, I would be tearing it out by now!

Cheers

It may be an file type association problem, see ...

Other than that, if you can customize the call command inside Bridge, give it the full path to the APhoto executable file.

  • --> "/Applications/Affinity Photo.app/Contents/MacOS/Affinity Photo"

Or make some sort of intermediator bash script with contents like ...

  • --> open -a "/Applications/Affinity Photo.app/Contents/MacOS/Affinity Photo" $1

Or try to make some Automator script etc. which will be then called to reroute selected files then.

☛ Affinity Designer 1.10.8 ◆ Affinity Photo 1.10.8 ◆ Affinity Publisher 1.10.8 ◆ OSX El Capitan
☛ Affinity V2.3 apps ◆ MacOS Sonoma 14.2 ◆ iPad OS 17.2
