Set style for new pencil strokes

Recommended Posts

I’m having quite annoying issues trying to understand how stroke style is applied to new strokes. Basically, having set a stroke style in the style panel, I need new strokes made with the pencil tool to have that style assigned, but I really can’t find a way. Of course I could draw the shape and apply the style then, but this slows a lot the workflow. How can I gain control of which style new strokes will have?

Hi FedeG26,

Are these styles you've created and saved in the Styles section on the Layers Fx menu?  If, so they can only be applied after the stroke is created.

Otherwise, if you can give some more information or a screen recording, i'll be able to help further.

That’s annoying, I’m pretty sure you can save stroke profiles on the desktop version, which I would expect to find for iOS
