I just bought Affinity Designer from Microsoft Store

then I see if buying from serif store will get BONUS - Fine Liner Affinity Brushes by The Artifex Forge

if buying from Microsoft Store doesn't get the free brush?

You might have a firewall blocking Designer's access to the Affinity Store.

Or you may need to reset your Internet Explorer options. See:
