Hi,

I open a new document: color format: RGB, color profile: sRGB IEC61966-2.1

The document opens, everything seems Ok, the color palette is on Black and White but the values are incorrect (see image),

Nero.jpg.f764a06e7e455f4e96a22a4ed104ed81.jpgBianco.jpg.61a2705a293374c62cf4710e8b34fa8e.jpg

I believe that they should have a value of 0 for Black and 255 for White.

Every time I open a new document the color panel looks like this.
If it is a mistake, how should I correct it?

Thanks___

There are a few steps to this so please bear with me.

Make an object the way you want ie: set the colours how you want them 0,0,0 and 255,255,255. Now go to Edit > Defaults > Synchronize from Selection and then go immediately to   Edit > Defaults > Save. The settings will be set for that object and saved for all new documents.

Mac Pro (Late 2013) Mac OS 12.7.4
Affinity Designer 2.4.1 | Affinity Photo 2.4.1 | Affinity Publisher 2.4.1 | Beta versions as they appear.

I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.
