simple scale question - Designer

I am working on a large format window display. It is relatively simple so thought I would give Designer a try. I need to reduce to 25% but I just can't seem to figure out how to do this. How do I uniformly scale this down to 25%?

Using the latest version of Designer on a Mac.

Find the Transform Tab - enable proportional scaling by clicking on the chain at W:/H/ and type while your artwork is selected behind the values "*0,25".

Multiply by  0.25

Divide by 4

Window display is 3 meters by 5 meters = 750 mm by 1250 mm.

Thanks both PixelPest and Alfreds methods work. Seems very unintuitive. It does work the same way in Illustrator, but anyone can find the specific Scale option in Illustrator. Indesign has it the best with it right in the tool bar.
