Creating a new document in 1.8.3 shows „Print“ and „Press ready“, both with the same page formats. I think, „Print“ substitutes „Press ready“ and „Press ready“ shouldn’t be here.

I've got it. It's bad named only. „Print“ means Printing (RGB), „Press ready“ is Printery (CMYK). Because nobody prints in RGB, it would be better, to name it RGB and CMYK. Also for giving print jobs to a printery it's better not to convert them to CMYK and leave in RGB. Than the printery has only ONE convertion to CMYK in machine. The quality is mostly better. Converting to CMYK by customers only works, if you are an experienced professional and have the CMYK profiles of the right printing machine, a calibrated system and know what you do.
