When I worked on my magazin in Indesign I used to put in the images in the text as I got them from the writers, then as the very last thing before I sent the document to the printing house I fixed the images in Photoshop. Then I could easily change the photos in a link box. And if they were cropped or changed in size they came out exactly the same.

I really miss that Affinity publisher has no box where you can see all links and also change to another image. You can replace images alright, but it will not keep the same degree of compression and size. So It requires a lot of fixing to replace the photo. So that is a wish for future improvement of the program. Or if there is a possibility to see the links, please help me to find it.

Welcome to the forums. You mean something like a Resource Manager?

I had not found that function, and That is great to have found, but still  I can't change to the fixed image as the original was much bigger than how Iwant to use it in my magazin. On the right side of the document is what happens when I use replace image . I tried to take away the first printed screen.
