Commands for Show and Rename Layer

Hey.
I've noticed there is no possibility to rename or hide layer from shortcut.
Is a chance to make the commands for it in Layer menu and possibility to assigning a shortcut?

Especially renaming could be useful.

There is no command for changing (toggling) visibility too.

It could be nice to press for example F2 for rename and ctrl+Q for toggle layer visibility.
