Snapshot Posted May 14, 2020 Share Posted May 14, 2020 I would like an outside lab print an image I have in AP. I don't have a good color printer. I downloaded several ICC paper profiles from the lab, right-click on a profile and clicked INSTALL. So the ICC profile is installed in windows. When I add a Soft Proof adjustment layer, AP freezes. I have to close it down. Once AP did put a Soft Proof Adjustment layer, but when I clicked to open it, AP freezes. I'm not able to soft proof the image.
