wonderings
In general I have found all the Affinity apps to be really snappy, but nothing light years ahead of Adobe. Publisher does get bogged down the more pages you have. I did a test when commenting in another thread and compared a 400 page Publisher document and 1000 page Publisher document to the same in Indesign. 400 pages had some lag when typing in Publisher, would be usable but not slick and smooth as it should be. 1000 pages in Publisher was bad and I would not be able to work that way, too much delay on input. Indesign was no issue with either page size.
