Resizing the canvas with an offset on Mac OS v1.8.3 corrupts the image.

Observe the behavior here in the attached gif. Everything works fine without an offset. But as soon as you add the offset, things get wonky.

Hey ryanpcmcquen, welcome to the Affinity Forums,

Its trying to add a half-pixel to each edge of the image (because we are using the middle anchor) which is messing it up and making everything drop off. If you increased it by 2 px, it would work fine.
