If you are using the charts for your own private purposes then you could go to this page https://www.craftyarncouncil.com/standards/crochet-chart-symbols , right-click on each symbol and save it to your local storage.
Then you can Place the symbols in a blank document and create an Asset for each.
Then you can drag the symbols from the Assets Panel whenever you need them.
(The symbols on the linked page have white backgrounds so if you don’t want the background then you will need to remove that but how you can do it depends on which Affinity application you have. )
If you are distributing the charts to other people then you will probably have to look into copyright issues before using the symbols from the linked page (might not be a problem but worth checking anyway).
Or you could draw them yourself as they don’t look particularly complex.
