heroric Posted May 11, 2020 Share Posted May 11, 2020 Hi, I have this same problem again with a file containing our packaging artwork. I had a similar issue a year ago and replied to an email from back then to MEB, but no response. Basically I can open the file (on windows or mac) and I can see all the artboards, but it shows saying it is corrupt and must close. Thus I cannot access the artwork.
