Bardanis Posted May 10, 2020 Share Posted May 10, 2020 hi, i ve a problem with lasso tool in Frequency separation Work one or 2 time and now no more 1/ duplicate background 2/ frequency separation 3/ new layer above low frequency 4 / new layer above high frequency and make a group 5/ on new layer above low frequency lasso tool on place i want to fix 6 / filter/ Gaussian blur / increase amount nothing i suppose problem with my new layer because work perfectly on the low frequency layer directly on new layer above low frequency all tool work well as stamp tool i just check current layer + below https://photos.app.goo.gl/xkJGxmc3wyjmaBA56 May i have your help please ? Lisbon Posted May 10, 2020 Share Posted May 10, 2020 Hi Bardanis! Your printscreen doesnt give a clear view of your layers. But it seems that you are trying to apply a gaussian blur to an empty layer. See if this solves your problem: 1) Duplicate "Low Frequency" and "High Frequency" by pressing Ctrl+J. 2) Change the blend mode of "High Frequency" and "High Frequency COPY" to Normal and group them. 3) Change the blend mode of the group to "Linear light" Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
