Hyperlinks are accidentally added to paragraph styles

If the cursor happens to be placed in a word with a hyperlink and then the paragraph style is updated, the hyperlink is included in the paragraph style. If the updated paragraph style is now assigned to another paragraph, the entire paragraph is hyperlinked without this being visible. All hyperlinks previously inserted in this paragraph are deleted!

I only noticed this after a long time because its not visible  what happend and lost hundreds of hyperlinks in my document.
