DiskTop icon letter&application Toulbar letter Do not show bug

ALL Affinity soft win Bug when Affinity soft and other software are started at the same time, DiskTop icon characters disappear and also the characters on the Affinity soft toolbar disappear.
It will be fixed by restarting windows, but it is necessary to urgently correct it

Hi MAXiec,

Is this the same as your previous post (below)? I responded in that post asking for some more information, as videos and screenshots help us immensely, but never got a response. Unfortunately I don't understand exactly what you mean by DiskTop icon characters, so a video (of the whole screen) in this instance demonstrating the problem would be very useful.

Affinity application cannot be shared with chrome and other applications
The letters disappear and the behavior of the software loses balance.
Affinity is currently not usable in this state
Need immediate cause investigation and correction

Hi MAXiec,

There isn't an issue with the toolbar being missing - this is standard behaviour when you have no documents open. With a document open it will be visible (assuming its not disabled in View > Show Context Toolbar).

However the other issue with the text being missing in the File Open dialog looks to be a fault with your Windows Installation. Your first screenshot also shows text missing from your desktop icons as well. At a guess it could be that you're missing Windows 10's main UI font which is Segoe UI. I would look at running System File Checker on your machine:

Fixed by sfc / scannow and DISM.exe / Online / Cleanup-image / Restorehealth.

How to use Affinity application on my win10 PC
1 ・ Do not start other applications when starting Affinity application
First, start the Affinity application and set the state in which it can be used.
After checking, if you start another application, no symptom will appear.
When 3 or more applications including Affinity application are started
I have symptoms.

2. If the symptom appears, it must be corrected by sfc / scannow and DISM.exe / Online / Cleanup-image / Restorehealth.

I have two win10 PCs and both have the same symptoms but
Mr. Sean P's solution made it possible to fix it and work
