KiLa Posted May 4, 2020 Share Posted May 4, 2020 Hi, any advice on how can I draw straight line, in Designer..or Photo, from corner 'a' through point 'b' (click to b is allowed) so that it ends somewhere in line 'c'? I know that i could create long line and then rotate it and... Is there an easier way? Ideal solution would be if i could constraint the direction after point 'b' somehow. lepr Posted May 5, 2020 Share Posted May 5, 2020 Shift key constrains the direction of movement, not only in multiples of 45 degrees, but also the direction of a node from its neighbouring node(s). Ensure "Snap to object geometry" is enabled and then using Pen Tool: draw a straight line from a to b with cmd key depressed to temporarily enable Node Tool, drag node at b with shift key depressed to maintain the direction of the line, until the node snaps to line C.
