How can I make color selection smooth as if I drew it with the pen tool?

This has to do with the difference between pixels and vectors. In short you cannot select half of a pixel.

I can draw a new shape with pen tool based on this shape but i wonder if there is a faster way to do this

When doing selections the key is antialiasing. Selection brush seems to create not very well antialiased selections.

If you make selection from layers palette (cmd-click layer) it should be smooth, but it works only if you can select whole object content of the layer.
