Please let it go without saying that I am extremely frustrated with this experience. A few days ago, I downloaded the trial and was so happy, I purchased the product yesterday. I have put many hours into the attached project file and as of this moment it is worthless. Worse is that I by reading the forums, this crash situation is not new, and even of this project can be rescued, I have great anxiety about continuing to use this product going forward and risk frustration, at best, and loss of work, at worst.

Last night, I saved my work, closed Publisher and shutdown the computer. This morning, I reversed the process and found Publisher will crash after loading my project. Publisher will load the file, but any use of Publisher will cause a crash, e.g. file save, edit, etc. Publisher does work properly with new files or some simple older files I created when just learning.

I have  Windows 64-bit, 32 GB ram, NVIDIA Geforce 1060 6 GB computer. I loaded the most recent NVIDIA Studio driver to try to solve the problem, with no luck.

There are many linked .psd files. I tried the suggestion to move those files to a new folder. Publisher recognized they had been moved when I loaded the.afpub file. I did not tell it to find the new file location. Publisher still crashed.

I have tried to upload the project file and crash reports but have given up after waiting hours for the upload to finish. Please send an e-mail address so I can send you a Dropbox link.Pakistan Karakoram.afpub

Please help ASAP.

Josh
