Hello, I heard it was possible to create game textures and even tinker with some 3D in photoshop. I have both affinity photo and affinity designer as I do regular graphic design stuff and know how to use the software. I was wondering if it was possible to create game textures using affinity software. I am using Unreal Engine to create my game and blender for 3D animation. If it is possible to do game textures in affinity I would definetly appreciate if someone could tell me how to set up the workspace. Thank you. (I couldn't find someone else who posted this on the forum, but if they did I either didn't look enough or just couldn't find it.)

Use Force pixel Alignment snap.png.7b8f8549abfdcd211b044f79ff3c1580.png

Check pixel grid: View > Show Grid (Ctrl+')

Use Transparent Background: Document > Transparent Background

Use Affine, to ceate seamless texture: Filters > Distort > Affine

You can create seamless pattern in Affinity Designer with Symbols: View > Studio > Symbols
