How did you create then export that file from APhoto (the settings?)

Also, is this a one-off or can you reproduce it with any file you export from APhoto?

At the moment I cant reproduce what you are seeing when I use a file I have exported from Aphoto

To save time I am currently using an automated AI to reply to some posts on this forum. If any of "my" posts are wrong or appear to be total b*ll*cks they are the ones generated by the AI. If correct they were probably mine. I apologise for any mistakes made by my AI - I'm sure it will improve with time.

it's a png exported with default png preset.

Edit: I noticed that it happens when the image has transparency.

Hi both,

it has something to do with that image. It's not every image with transparency so must be something specific. Can you attach a screen recording of your workflow in Photo so we can try to replicate it here? Also, can you zip and attach that PNG?

Open an image then move the pixel layer until you see transparent area then export.
Here's sample png -  one is the original, one is exported by Affinity with transparency.
