I recently purchased a few Affinity items but the installation instructions leave a lot to be desired...i.e 1.. the macro pack instructions do not work 2. there are no instructions about dirk-wustenhagen-fine-art texture collection, where does it go and how to download it there? 3. textures...where do they go? and how to get them there   4. uplift-epic-skies-overlays, I assume this one is for Affinity photo but there are no instructions on how to download them to the software.....HELP PLEASE!!! I could not find any answers to these questions in your forum

Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums, Bill.

All of the content downloads I've seen in the Affinity Store have:

1. The content, with a prominent Download button. And

2. Below that, and often overlooked it seems, an Installation Guide.

I'm not sure which macro pack you mean, but if it's the JR Channels macro pack, it certainly has a guide, and the instructions worked when I used them.

It's likely the others also have Installation guides.

there are no instructions ...

As originally made available with the AP 1.6 update, both the "dirk-wustenhagen-fine-art-texture-collection.zip" & the "uplift-epic-skies-overlays.zip" files should have included a QuickStart_Guide.pdf file, an EULA (end user license agreement) pdf file, plus a folder full of image files in their respective zip archives.

If you have those zip files, just unzip them. If not, how did you obtain the files?

It might help if you confirmed which macro pack you're talking about. The name of the file would suffice.

Also, what did the instructions say, and what didn't work?
