I have 500mb/s Fibre, and no issues playing 4K video on other sites, but seem to get constant freezes and skipping of video on the iPad help site.

Some videos just freeze 15 seconds in and never recover. Is there an issue with the video server?

Hi @MaximusNZ,

We host our videos on Vimeo - do you have any issues playing videos directly through their website?

Do you have any third party VPN or network monitoring applications that may be affecting your connection?

I'm not seeing the issue here using Google Chrome, could you try using another browser and let me know if the issue persists?
