Exr export with artifacts

Hi,

export as exr behaves strangely the original its fine

when exporting and opening it again as exr it brings strange artifacts,

if I use another file format , like tiff its fine.

Thanks Johnny, do you have the original file prior to the issue? 

I suspect it is losing one of its channels.
