Marcofernandess
How can I make a multi-page table with a single xlsx file? As I understand it, no matter the size of the table, I need to make it fit on the same page, because there is no function to keep it on the next page.Is it possible to make a table that is larger than one page? GarryP
No, it’s not possible to create a Table which exists on more than one page or create a multi-page table. Single-page tables is all we have, so far. In some circumstances you might be able to use formatting with some tabs to get an analogue but it wouldn’t be a Table, as such. GarryP
You’re welcome. First check in the "Feedback for Affinity Publisher on Desktop" section of these forums to see it hasn’t already been requested. Then, if not, just add a new topic in there giving as many details and information as you can, stating clearly what you want to do.
WaWei
Is there a chance to see a function that allows to place an xlsx-table that may exceed one page in an appropriate time? I do a lot of technical documentation and have to import (bigger) tables very often. Coming from Quark, where it is possible to place a table on a page and exceed it to the next page(s) by simply connecting the frames. It´s a text frame then, but it works. Something similar would be helpful. Besides this I have to say that you did a great job so far, I love to work with the publisher and hope that such missing functions will be available soon.
