duplicate object shortcut

hello, where is the Duplicate object or Duplicate layer shortcut in Preferences? I didn't find it.

Aren't they simply in the order of the menu entries?

In macOS you can type a command in the Help Search to get its according menu / sub-menu displayed. The menu commands are ordered this way in the shortcut preference menus, too.

Unfortunately, the windows doesn't seem to have that resource

That's true, but the original comment applies. The keyboard shortcuts in the Preferences are listed in sections based on the menu entries. So, for anything that has a menu entry, to find a keyboard shortcut you just find how you would perform it using the menu, and that tells you where to look in the Preferences.
