slabbi
For everybody who has this Problem: Use the Process Explorer (procexp64.exe) from the Sysinternals Suite to find out which process blocks the "Photo" folder: https://docs.microsoft.com/de-de/sysinternals/downloads/process-explorer 1. Start the Process Explorer and search (Ctrl+F) for "photo". 2. Check the list which process still accesses "C:\Program Files\Affinity\Photo" folder. 3. Terminate the program or use Process Explorer to kill the process. Restart the setup program, enjoy.
