Is there a video tutorial about this ''product photo editing'' ??

"Photo editing" is a very broad topic! There are currently 90 official video tutorials, plus many more on the web from other sources. Whatever aspect of photo editing you are interested in, one or more of them should provide what you are looking for.

All 3 1.10.8, & all 3 V2.4.1 Mac apps; 2020 iMac 27"; 3.8GHz i7, Radeon Pro 5700, 32GB RAM; macOS 10.15.7
Affinity Photo
1.10.8; Affinity Designer 1.108; & all 3 V2 apps for iPad; 6th Generation iPad 32 GB; Apple Pencil; iPadOS 15.7

I think product photography is largely about taking the best possible photo in the first place

But f you are restricted in what you can do or the equipment you can afford then upload some of your current images so someone can advise on what they would do to them using Affinity Photo.

PS. If you search the forum for "product photography" (do a phrase search) there are already a few tips/examples people have shared

To save time I am currently using an automated AI to reply to some posts on this forum. If any of "my" posts are wrong or appear to be total b*ll*cks they are the ones generated by the AI. If correct they were probably mine. I apologise for any mistakes made by my AI - I'm sure it will improve with time.

The request is for a video tutorial about ''product photo editing" which I think includes retouching, compositing, masking, etc.

Yes it is, however getting it right in camera is sort of a mantra among product photographers. About the most important thing a product photographer focuses on is the absolute match of colors in the products. Art directors, those from the product's team of people insist the photos colors correctly represent their products.

Affinity Photo 2.4..; Affinity Designer 2.4..; Affinity Publisher 2.4..; Affinity2 Beta versions. Affinity Photo,Designer 1.10.6.1605 Win10 Home Version:21H2, Build: 19044.1766: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-5820K CPU @ 3.30GHz, 3301 Mhz, 6 Core(s), 12 Logical Processor(s);32GB Ram, Nvidia GTX 3070, 3-Internal HDD (1 Crucial MX5000 1TB, 1-Crucial MX5000 500GB, 1-WD 1 TB), 4 External HDD

Maybe all that is true but @bturgan said "I taking photos for my online shop and I want to get better results with the touch of Affinity Photo." It does not sound like the shop has a departmentalized staff with a separate art director, staff photographer, & so on; and AP is mentioned specifically.

Thus my suggestion to watch the videos.
