How can export individual art boards as PDF pages

If you mean that you want each artboard as an individual 1-page PDF or individual JPG your easiest approach would be to use the Export Persona. You might want to watch the 3 Serif tutorials on the Export Persona :)

(Also, this topic probably would have been better in Affinity on Desktop Questions (Mac and Windows).)

I just did a simple quick test here and got one PDF with all four Artboards as separate pages page 1, page 2, page 3 and page 4.

Affinity Designer 2.4.0 | Affinity Photo 2.4.0 | Affinity Publisher 2.4.0 | Beta versions as they appear.

I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.
