The answer to that is probably: ‘It depends on what you are trying to do.”
Is “Font Super” the name of the font family, or the place you got the font from?
To give any kind of good answer we would need to know, at least:
* what the name of the font family is;
* where the font family can be obtained (so we can see it);
* what you are trying to use it for.

@GarryP this is one of the fonts with one hundred sixty two styles (https://www.fontspring.com/fonts/letritas/molde). I want to use it to create designs for t-shirts, mugs, calendars, and others.  Also I want to use it for my website. I'm a noobie so any advice is greatly appreciated.  To add I own the three Affinity products Photo, Designer and Publisher.

Super families are rarely all installed at once, even with super families with far fewer fonts in them.

Generally one would be using a font manager, pick X number of them to use for a particular use or job, install or activate them and use them for the use intended.
