I think the Live Procedural texture filter is going to be the best option. No it's not a plugin I am trying to get the same results in affinity as I would in photoshop but I couldn't find the correct filter in affinity. I have the full version of affinity photo I bought it a few months back. I am working on a project where I need to make an image of two galaxies colliding with eachother.
