VectorCat
The scenario is: moving layers around, putting child objects into and out of groups, etc. I notice that when I do this, the Layers Studio tries to "help" me by making the layers studio scroll up or down. This effectively takes the layers I'm working on out of my view, so I have to go find them. The better behavior would be to leave the layers in view where I'm working and let ME decide when I need to scroll up or down to see other layers.
