Program won't open on Ipad

Recommended Posts

Hello,  I'm running IOS 13.1.3 on an Ipad Pro.  Have never had a problem with AP before, but now it won't open.  Every time I click on the app, I get the screen with the concrete triangle and the clouds, but then it crashes.  Everything else on the ipad seems to be working.  Any ideas?  Thank you!

First step is always do hard reset. Hold power button in off position until close slider appears. Close and restart. It’s like rebooting a pc. Clears ram. No data lost. May help if app has retained some corrupted ram.

If that doesn’t fix it you may need to delete app and reinstall. If you need to do this make sure you have no files in the Affinity folder in the On Your IPad area. If you do, copy them somewhere else as the folder is deleted when the app uninstalls.
